This is a handcrafted picture frame in our 1x1 Flat style. The 1x1 Flat frame style is a 1" wide profile showing off your art or photograph with a gallery style basic wood molding.

Frames are built to order. Please allow 2 weeks for frames to be completed before shipping.

***IMPORTANT***
-Sizes listed in the drop-down menu are of what the frame can hold, we add about 1/16” of wiggle room so that your photo/artwork slides in and out easily
-The front viewing area of the frame will be overall ½” smaller than what is listed given that the lip of the fame covers ¼” all around
-If you would prefer we size up your frame a little bit and build yours with an “exact viewing area” of the dimensions chosen please specify that in the note to seller at checkout

**Included in each frame**

•Glass
-Sizes 11x14” and smaller come with regular glass
-Sizes larger than 11x14” or with an asterisks (*) ship with gallery plexiglass
-Glass can be upgraded to non-glare or UV resistant for an extra charge

•Acid free backing
-Either 1/8” foam core or 1/16” mat board with be included in each frame to help preserve the photo/artwork

•Plywood backing for a finished look and stamped with our logo

•Hanging hardware both vertically and horizontally
-Small/medium metal sawtooth hangers are used on small/medium sized frames, sizes approximately 13x19” and larger come with metal d-rings and wire

•Free standing option
-Sizes 8x10” and smaller automatically come with a wooden dowel that fits into the back of the frame to allow it to be free-standing. Dowels can be added to larger sizes upon request

•Mats
-Mats are included for free in sizes 11x14” and smaller *upon request*, all larger frames will need to purchase our $8 add-on mat listing
-If your frame qualifies for a free mat please don’t add the add-on mat listing to your cart because Etsy won’t automatically take that charge off, instead just put your mat details (color and opening size) in the “note to seller” box at checkout

We take pride in the fact that our frames are built using environmentally-friendly materials from local vendors, we primarily use poplar and hardwood for our painted frames and have recently introduced more specialty woods.
In addition to being environmentally-friendly, our frames are good looking, very sturdy and feature a "glass smooth" finish. Each frame that we make goes through a 6 or sometimes 7 step finish process.
